The benefits of yoga for women's health are well established, from supporting fertility through to ageing well. This women-only class focuses on yoga for the female body: a varied class working on flexibility, strengthening, resting and practices for mental well-being.

Class details

In this woman-centred yoga class, we start with a yoga nidra relaxation, then focus on movement, finishing with breathing techniques and a mini meditation. It's a very friendly class. Each class is different!

Beginners welcome

I have been a British Wheel of Yoga teacher since 2004 and have trained with fantastic teachers such as Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Donna Fahri and Liz Koch. I now train other yoga teachers, specialising in pregnancy and postnatal CPD and circle facilitation.

Yoga for women's health.

A live class is always preferable to a pre-recorded one because the teacher is observing you and giving suggestions or modifying a movement to make it as beneficial to you as possible.

However, it's good to keep moving throughout the week, so check out my YouTube channel for yoga sequences and relaxations.
