Rest Nest & Circle
Join us for this much-asked-for nurturing session.
Deeply rest, replenish your resources through somatic practices and share your experiences in a supportive, confidential space.
Open to any woman who would like to give themselves some TLC amongst likeminded people.
Saturdays 10 May, 7 June, 12 July
6.30-8.30pm at Church House, Central Caversham
(Discount when you sign up for three consecutive circles)
“Spending time with other women, held by Tessa’s generous spirt and professionalism, is always a special moment of resent, smile and get going again, knowing that I am not alone and that I have been heard.”
We all need more rest, but it can be particularly challenging to carve out time in perimenopause with juggling ALL the balls!
If you're feeling:
exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious join us for some time out for yourself.
Rest can be radical so enjoy a Yoga Nidra with restorative positions, with bolsters and blankets to make your very own cosy delicious nest.
After resting, join a beautifully-held space with Tessa hosting the talking circle where you can share how life is going for you. Talking circles act like a safety valve to reduce feelings of isolation and to feel seen in your own experience, whatever it is. The circle time will start and finish with nervous-system friendly practices that you can take away to use in everyday life. Unless you explicitly ask for solutions, this will be a no-fix zone!
Enjoy delish healthy snacks and teas.
We hope that you'll join us each month to develop a habit of self-care and a community of people around you who get it. Also welcome to come as and when you can. Enjoy a reduced cost if you sign up for three consecutive circles.
