Menstrual Cycle Online Course
“I wish I knew this when I started my period”
Live course June 1st to June 30th.
Two live talks / circles on Sundays 9th and 30th June at 8pm.
Work your way through the resources (pre-recorded talks on nutrition and cycle awareness, yoga, relaxation, visualisation, journaling, strength training, bellydancing and more) at your own pace. Includes 32-page guide to charting.
This course brings together my passion for empowering women through their menstrual cycles and for yoga, which I have been teaching for 19 years.
Your menstrual cycle is a barometer of your physical and mental health. Learning how to track your cycle and use practices to support the whole month can make massive shifts towards wellness. I wish I had a pound for every time someone said, "I wish I knew this information when I started my period" and "It would have made such a difference to my life to know these practices"!
On signing up, you will have instant access to the online course.
Or pay your age 15-25 years old (ie £15 to £25) Mum’s access included in the cost.
How will the ‘Know your Cycle’ course help me?
The aim of this course is to bring awareness to your whole cycle, where often we focus only on the troublesome lead up to the period or the bleed itself. Through 30 days of resources, including yoga, meditations, yoga nidra relaxation tracks, writing explorations and much more, you will find your favourite practices to introduce self-care through the whole month.
You will feel confident tracking your cycle. You will know how to work with your inner critic and how to put self-care practices into place through the whole month to feel physically better and to understand the emotional shifts. Understanding the inner seasons can be life-changing because you realise it's not your fault that you feel this way!
“I start to think very differently about this period thing…”
“Thank you for the follow-up and for all the resources.
I totally love the inner seasons idea, it gave me a lot to think about. I start to think very differently about this period thing.
And I started a book journal. I also really like the circle journal so I’ll do it in the long term.” V.F. (June 2023 attendee)
“Every woman should have this knowledge.”
“I am really enjoying the content of your course and agree every women should have this knowledge :)” K.T. (June 2023 attendee)
How does the course work?
Over 5 weeks, you can access a range of resources from movement (yoga for your cycle, strength training, bellydancing) to relaxation (yoga nidra, visualisations, meditation) to journaling and talks. You can catch up over a weekend or whenever it suits you.
There are two live talks during June, Sunday 11th and Tuesday 20th at 7pm. Join via Zoom and ask your questions. Recordings will go onto the password protected site.
You have lifetime access to the resources and can download resources for easy access.
A secret Facebook group allows you to share your experiences of your cycle and ask Tessa questions.
What People Are Saying
“My attitude towards my period, my body and being a woman has positively changed since completing the course. I embrace it as part of a whole cycle now with new understanding and love.
Tessa has such wisdom and shares it in a well structured way. I loved the balance between theory, discussions and activities such as meditation and yoga.
I still use many of the practices learnt and have recently redone the course (just on my own) to see how my mindset has changed.
Thank you Tessa for opening my mind and heart to a power I had never before realised I had ❤️”

“Thank you for this fabulous trip together! I adored this intimate and secret circle on the cycle in which we share experiences in a gentle way, without judgments in a mood of understanding and affection state.
In an unconscious way, I think I always knew about the existence of the inner seasons: I felt the energy and mood swings...
but thanks to this course I realized that every season brings a "gift" with it and that all together they provide a lot of power and this has been truly enlightening.
In the coming months I will try to use "the energy of the cycle and the seasons" to my advantage!”

"I found the course really thought-provoking, inspiring and practical - I felt I could try all of the elements that Tessa suggested and that they would be beneficial for me.
I have changed the way I think about my body and what it needs. I provide it with much more rest and relaxation than I have in the past. I no longer ignore my cycle and the signs my body communicates; I now try to work with my body and listen to what it needs. Tessa is a highly skilled and wise facilitator and I thoroughly enjoyed every day of the course. Doing something different each day meant I could learn new things in bite-size chunks and apply them gradually."

"I loved the course. It really helped me to focus on keeping a daily journal of my cycle. I can't wait to see a recurrent pattern in my behaviour.
And this is particularly helpful because I am in a stage of my life where I completely lost track of my cycle, under the minipill (so not really bleeding) and just after stopping breastfeeding with a lot of hormones going up and down.
The course also gave me precious resources, short relaxation tracks and yoga video, to help to reconnect with my body also when time is limited."
