Perimenopause Rest Nest -Relax. Share. Soothe.

Welcome to anyone experiencing symptoms whether in perimenopause or post-menopause, or interested in preparing, whatever your age.

It’s a lot. Juggling work / life / family / aging parents / not feeling 100%. This is a space where people will get it. The session starts with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra relaxation to stop, rest and recharge. Then tea and peri- friendly snacks before going into a supportive sharing of experiences. It’s not about finding solutions (although you might pick up some tips), but being able to talk aloud about how it’s overwhelming, confusing or whatever it feels like to you.

Tessa also shares simple somatic practices for soothing your nervous system that you can incorporate into daily life. This session aims to resource you in a gentle, affirming way.
